Courses 1-4 are all 4 week classes. You will come to class for a two hour session each week for 4 weeks total. Check out "Tara's Cake Club" on Face Book to see cakes done by my current and past students. Course 1- Decorating Basics
In this class we will learn all the basics of cake decorating. We learn to use butter cream icing, stack and fill a cake, and make butter cream flowers and borders. November Class starts Saturday the 8th from 10 am- 12pm.
Course 2 - Flowers and Cake Design
In this class you will learn all about using Royal Icing. We will make assorted flowers: Pansies, Button flowers, Roses and more. ** This class is only open to students who have completed Wilton Course 1. Check at Michael's for the tuition special. Course 3 - Gum Paste and Fondant

November Class starts Tuesday the 4th from 10 am- 12 pm.
Course 4- Advanced Gum Paste Flowers

Wilton Project Classes:
Gamecock Cupcakes
Friday October 24th from 10 am - 12pm
This class has been cancelled, contact Tara for new dates.
This will be a fun two hour class featuring "Cocky". I will teach you a very simple way to make a 3-- D gamecock cupcake ( like the one in the photo here). Tuition is $15.00 plus some supplies, and you can sign up at Michaels on Harbison.
